Don't forget that you may be on a shuttle and/or hiking a few miles between where your vehicle is parked and where you decide to camp. If people offer to help carry your gear, and people will, make sure you stay together. Don't get separated from your gear on a shuttle or the hike in.
Things are chaotic and you and your gear may not hook up again for a few days - which could be a total bummer.
